WaterSense is a partnership program of the EPA to make it easier for Americans to save water and protect the environment by purchasing water efficient products. WaterSense created a labeling system to help consumers to recognize these products, like a toilet that qualifies as high efficiency because it uses 1.28 gpf (gallons per flush) or less.
