No one is born with this much plumbing knowledge, it comes from experience. Steve started his plumbing career in Austin, Texas in 1978 and moved to the Seattle area in 1986. While working for others, he saw a need for a plumbing business that not only put customers first, but looked out for their well being and so in 1995, Steve's Plumbing, LLC came on the scene.
There’s no need to worry with Steve on the case. He holds a journeyman’s license in both Washington and Texas and his extensive knowledge of the plumbing industry (with all its regulations and codes) gives him all the knowledge he needs to take care of any plumbing problem.
He works closely with his technicians to provide all customers with the quality plumbing they deserve.
Rachel has been working with Steve from day one. A typical day has her juggling several areas of the business at once: answering the phone, dispatching plumbers, taking care of customers, all while doing the marketing and books for the business.
Her secret? We can’t tell you-it’s classified.
What’s the difference between us and the ‘other guys’? While other companies send out apprentices or unlicensed plumbers on service calls, we only hire licensed plumbers. Go ahead-ask to see their license. They’d be happy to show you.
Our Motto: "Our customers are paying for a plumber so they deserve the knowledge and skill of a licensed plumber."
Steve’s Plumbing is dedicated to protecting your family. We have adopted the Technicians Seal of Safety and follow their requirements for our employees so our customers and their families can feel secure.
While commission-based pay is good for some, if may cause you to wonder if you really need that expensive repair or is the plumber just trying to make his paycheck bigger.
All our plumbers are paid a generous hourly wage and full benefits package. We want our customers to know that if our plumber is recommending a particular repair, it's because your home really does need it and not because that plumber is trying to make more money for himself.
Have you ever opened your door to a service repairman only to feel extremely uncomfortable once he’s inside your house?
It’s not something many people think about until it’s too late, but anyone who might feel uncomfortable at home alone with a service technician deserves to be safe from harm.
Steve’s Plumbing is dedicated to protecting your family. We have adopted the Technicians Seal of Safety and follow their requirements for our employees so our customers and their families can feel secure.
